New South Dakota State football coach Dan Jackson will be formally introduced during a press conference Friday morning.

The event begins at 10 a.m., with live video streaming through the SDSU Athletics YouTube channel and social media accounts (@GoJacksSDSU). Audio coverage will be available along the Jackrabbit Sports Network.

Jackson was hired Dec. 31 as the 22nd head coach in program history. Formerly a Jackrabbit assistant coach from 2012-2019, he most recently served as defensive coordinator at Idaho during the recently completed 2024 season, with other prior coaching stops at Northern Illinois and Vanderbilt.
