South Dakota State's women's golf team finished in fifth place at the Aggie Invitational Wednesday afternoon. SDSU's Lani Potter ended the tournament 2-under and in fifth.

RESULTS
Potter paced the Jacks with a 214 (71 – 70 – 73) total score, six shots better than her previous 54-hole best.
Â
Shakira-Ann Kuys wrapped up the tournament in 16th place with a 220 scorecard. Mia Seeman was just behind Kuys with a 221 for 17th place.

Hester Sicking had the second best third-round score of the Jacks, posting a 72 Wednesday. She carded a 225 total to take 36th. Piper Stubbs rounded out the Jacks team in 56th place.

- Potter led the Jacks for the second tournament of the season
- As a team, SDSU was +1 on par 3 holes, the second best score of the field
- The Jacks tallied 41 birdies, the third highest total
