TWO JACKS FINISH TOP 10 AT POWERCAT CLASSIC

MANHATTAN, Kan. - The Jacks finished tied for fourth as play at the Powercat Classic ended after the final 18 holes on Tuesday.
Senior Hannah Boraas and Olivia Braun led the way for the Jacks as they each finished within the top-10. Hannah Boraas finished tied for eighth after shooting one under par on the day. Olivia Braun started off hot on day two, scoring four-under through seven holes but a quadruple-bogey on the 12th hole cooled her off as she finished two-over on the day, tied for 10th.
Molly O'Hara finished tied for 25th shooting 11-over for the tournament. She had a solid round three, shooting just three-over par with two birdies.
Rylan Horning jumped up 10 spots during round three as she finished her tournament run tied for 37th overall. She shot two-over for the day on Tuesday, the second best third round score of any Jackrabbit. She ended the tournament at +15.
Riko Danjo rounded out the Jackrabbit lineup, finishing with a score of +21 and ending her tournament at +27 overall, finishing tied for 47th.
Hannah Pettitt, competing as an individual, finished 59th overall, shooting +13 on Tuesday to end her tournament at 27-over par.

The Jacks are off next week, but return to play on Oct. 12th at the MSU Payne Stewart Invitational in Springfield, Mo.
