COLLEGE STATION, Texas — Fourth-ranked Texas A&M swept the two Western events, racking up 10 points en route to an 18-2 victory over South Dakota State in a women's equestrian head-to-head competition Friday at the Hildebrand Equine Complex.

The Aggies improved to 5-3 on the season, while SDSU dropped to 1-5.

The Jackrabbits' two victories were recorded by the jumping seat events by Ella Domenicone and Hannah Steele. Domenicone posted a score of 81 in her fences ride, while Stelle claimed her point in flat with a score of 82.

Isabelle Riggs and Callyn Fox each recorded team-best scores of 73 in the Western rounds, but came up short in their matchups in reining and horsemanship, respectively.

UP NEXT
SDSU closes out their road trip through Texas Saturday with a head-to-head competition at Baylor. Action is slated for an 11 a.m. start at the Willis Family Equestrian Center in Waco, Texas.
