SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – South Dakota State senior
Piper Stubbs earned a share of this week's Kwik Star Peak Women's Golfer of the Week accolade, Summit League officials announced Friday. It is the second weekly honor of Stubbs' career.
Stubbs won her first collegiate event, besting an 78-player field at the Ozarks National Invitational by three strokes. The Beaumaris, Australia native closed with a 69 (-3) to help the Jackrabbits to their second team title of the spring season. She finished with a 54-hole total of 220 (+4).
Stubbs shares the award with Denver's Emma Bryant.
