SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – South Dakota State's
Drew Teeter secured the latest Kwik Star #SummitGF Men's Peak Golfer of the Week accolade, League officials announced Thursday. Teeter earned the first weekly honor of his career.
The Jackrabbit sophomore finished the Hawkeye Invitational in 12th place after posting a 54-hole score of 215(-1), which was his best three-round tally as a Jackrabbit. Teeter opened the event with a 71(-1), then posted a season-best 70 (-2) in round two.
The Albert Lea, Minn. native finished with a team-high 12 birdies as the Jackrabbits took fifth place finish in the 13-team field with a score of 878 (+14).
