2024-25: Came off the bench in 27 games in her final season as a Jackrabbit… totaled 70 points, 55 rebounds and 22 assists… graduated with a .386 career 3-point percentage, the 10th best mark in program history… shot 35 percent from the 3-point line and 37 percent overall on the season… went 3-for-3 from the 3-point line and scored 11 points in a win over No. 21 Oregon at the North Shore Showcase… grabbed a season-high five rebounds three times – against Eastern Washington (12/4), at Montana (12/7) and against Denver (2/27)… went 4-for-5 from the 3-point line for 12 points against Omaha in the opening round of the Summit League Tournament (3/6)
2023-24: Played in 21 games with 20 starts before suffering a season-ending injury... tallied 152 points, 30 assists and 105 rebounds on the year... led the team in average minutes with 30.9 per contest… was fifth on the team in rebounds, averaging 5.0 rebounds... shot 41 percent from the three-point line and 42 percent from the field... averaged 7.2 points and 1.4 assists per game... put up nine points and five boards against Wisconsin (11/14)… had 10 points and eight rebounds against Washburn (11/28)… put up a season-high 13 points at North Dakota (12/31)... grabbed 10 boards vs. Montana State (1/6)... tallied 12 points and five rebounds at Omaha (1/18)… recorded 10 points and six rebounds against Oral Roberts (1/28).Â
2021-22: Played in 32 games off the bench... scored 60 points, 54 of which came from the 3-point line... also had 22 rebounds and 17 assists... led the Jackrabbits with 14 points at then-No. 14 Iowa State (11/15 to go with three rebounds and three assists... contributed nine points and two assists against UMass (11/26) and added five points, four rebounds and three assists against then-No. 15 UCLA the next day (11/27)... scored six points against Dakota Wesleyan (12/15) and St. Thomas (1/20).
2020-21: Provided depth for the Jackrabbits, playing of the bench in all 25 contests averaging 14.4 minutes per game … averaged 4.5 points and 1.5 rebounds per game … ranked second on the team with 27 3-pointers made and led the team shooting 40.9 percent from beyond the arc … recorded four rebounds, two points and one assist in her collegiate debut against Iowa State (11/28) … pulled down three rebounds and dish an assist against Drake (12/15) … tallied six points, three rebounds, one assist and a steal against Western Illinois (1/9) … in the second game against WIU (1/9) she turned in seven points and a rebound … recorded nine points, making 3-of-5 shots from long distance, and two rebounds at Omaha (1/16) … posted eight points and two rebounds against South Dakota (2/5) … recorded 10 points, one rebound and an assist at Oral Roberts (2/13) … tallied six points, four rebounds and dished a career-best three assists against Kansas City (2/26) … turned in a career-high 11 points on 80 percent shooting while adding an assist and a steal in the second game against Kansas City (2/27) … recorded five points, and dished two assists against Syracuse in the NCAA Tournament (3/21).
BEFORE SDSU: Madysen Vlastuin was named the SD Gatorade Player of the Year, a KELO GBB Player of the Year finalist, Argus Leader First Five and the Midco SN Class A Player of the Year as a junior … a first team Class A all-state, Dakota XII Conference MVP and Dakota XII all-conference first team selection as a freshman, sophomore and junior … named to the Dakota XII all-conference third team as an eight grader … reached her 1,000 point milestone as a sophomore … during her freshman year she helped the Lennox girls basketball team to a second-place finish at the South Dakota Class A state basketball tournament … plays AAU basketball for the South Dakota Attack … during her junior season she averaged 16.8 points, eight rebounds and three assists per game … a member of the National Honor Society since she was a sophomore … student council executive board member.
