Two Jackrabbits qualify for regional final in River Falls

RIVER FALLS, Wis. - Megan Schiferl qualified for the regional finals in both novice equitation over fences and novice equitation on the flat over the weekend in an English only competition at Wisconsin-River Falls.
A sophomore from Fordyce, Neb., Schiferl added a win in over fences on Sunday and a runner-up finish in novice equitation on the flat on Saturday.
Victoria Pecak also qualified for the regional finals in the intermediate fences
division with a win in that division on Saturday. A sophomore from Maple City,
Mich., Pecak also finished second in the intermediate equitation on the flat on
Saturday and sixth on Sunday.
Freshman Jenna Boscardin won her class of intermediate equitation over fences and
finished third in the intermediate equitation on the flat on Sunday.
The
Jackrabbits finished third in the team standings on Saturday with 18 points and
finished fourth on Sunday with 20 points.
