LAS VEGAS—Freshman
Teresa Toscano of the South Dakota State women's golf team won her first collegiate individual title Saturday at the 8th annual Jackrabbit Invitational.

The defending champion Jackrabbits won their 12th title in program history and fourth of the season shooting an 890 (297-291-302) on the par-72, 6,105-yard Siena Golf Club.

Toscano shot a one-under par 71 in the final round to set the school record for 54 holes (73-68-71=212) by two strokes. The rookie collected five birdies Saturday and 11 for the tournament.

Hallie Getz tied for third with a 222 (71-78-73). Classmate
Megan Mingo tied for 10th, firing a 227 (75-72-80). Playing as an individual, junior
Natcha Srimaneerungroj also tied for 10th, shooting a 227 (75-71-81).

Senior
Islamiah Fuad finished 23rd (78-80-78=236). Freshman
Sydney Bormann shot a 237 (80-73-84) to tie for 24
th.
