The South Dakota State women's swim team dropped its dual-meet against Iowa State 190.5-81.5 Saturday afternoon. The Jacks won two events and set season-bests in four.
Sprints
- Tiffany Nguyen swam a season-best 1:00.98 to place second in the 100 back.
- Mikayla Beckman finished third in 100 breast (1:10.21).
- Kristen Davis won the 200 fly in 2:12.75.
- Gabrielle Langerud took second in the 50 free with a season-best 25.09.
- Davis placed second in the 100 fly (59.85).
- Nguyen swam a 1:02.16 to place third in the 100 fly.
Distance
Relays
- Finished fourth in the 200 medley relay with a season-best 1:52.46.
- The Jacks placed second in 400 free relay (3:44.90).
Diving
- Quincee Simonson scored a season-high 249.90 to win the 3-meter.
- Simonson placed third in the 1-meter (225.45).
