The South Dakota State women's golf team will be busy as it plays two tournaments in five days.

SDSU hosts the 10^th-annual Jackrabbit Invitational Monday and Tuesday in Boulder Creek, Nevada, and then competes in the Lady Thunderbird Invitational in St. George, Utah, Thursday and Friday.

Last year, Teresa Toscano placed fourth and the Jackrabbits finished third at the Jackrabbit Invitational. Sydney Bormann won her first collegiate title at the Lady Thunderbird Invitational, and SDSU was second.

The 13-team field for the 54-hole Jackrabbit Invitational will play at the par-72, 6,343-yard Boulder Creek Golf Club with 9:45 a.m. shotgun starts both days. Teams will play the Coyote Run course on the front nine and the Desert Hawk course on the back nine.

The 36-hole Lady Thunderbird Invitational, hosted by Southern Utah, takes place on the par-72, 5,914-yard Sunbrook Golf Course on the Pointe and Blackrock. The 15-team field includes Summit League members Oral Roberts, North Dakota, North Dakota State and South Dakota. The Jacks will have a 10 a.m. shotgun start both days.

South Dakota State enters the week rested after playing in the GCU Invitational Feb. 23-24. The Jackrabbits posted their third top-five finish, placing fifth. Toscano won her second individual title of the season and third overall after a three-player playoff.

For the season, Toscano leads SDSU and ranks second in The Summit League with a career-low 72.95 stroke average. She has two individual titles, two top-five and four top-10 finishes this season. Nine of the junior's 21 rounds are at or below par.
