Jackrabbit women's golf is set to compete in its second competition of the season Monday and Tuesday at the Mercedez-Benz Collegiate Championship hosted by Tennessee.Â
The Jacks are coming off a tournament championship win after taking first at their home event last week. The Jackrabbits finished atop the 10-team field with an 895 total score (+31) and had a 10-stroke advantage on second-place North Dakota State.
Lani Potter earned runner-up honors for SDSU and all five Jackrabbits had top-15 finishes.Â
Seventeen teams will compete at the 54-hole tournament in Knoxville, Tenn. The Cherokee Country Clubs plays host with a par-71 course. Monday's rounds will be 5,844 yards and Tuesday's will be 5,930 yards.

South Dakota State last competed at the Mercedez-Benz Collegiate Championship in the 2019-20 season, where the team took 12th out of 16 teams.Â
