ABILENE, Texas - The South Dakota State women's golf team is in second place following the first two rounds of the West Texas Classic.

The Jackrabbit team is +12 through 36 holes. Bowling Green is leading the field, ahead of SDSU by four shots at +8.

McKenzie Mages is pacing the Jacks with a +1 two-round scorecard and is tied for fourth place on the individual leaderboard. She shot even-par through the first 18 holes and tallied six birdies on the day.

Hannah Boraas is one shot back from Mages (+2) and is tied for ninth place. She tallied an eagle during the first lap on hole seven.

Riko Danjo is tied for 16th place (+4), followed by Molly O'Hara in a tie for 21st place (+5). Reese Jansa is in a tie for 25th place (+6) and tallied an eagle during her second lap on hole 13.

The final round of the West Texas Classic will be played Tuesday. Tee off is set for 8:15 a.m. Central.
