South Dakota State joins the rest of the Summit League in Sioux Falls this week for the Jackrabbits' 18th appearance at the Summit League Championships. SDSU enters the week 41-5 all-time in the Summit League postseason and has won 12 championship titles, including each of the last three.

SDSU takes on No. 7 Kansas City in Thursday's quarterfinal. If seeds hold, the Jacks will take on No. 3 South Dakota in a semifinal matchup Saturday and No. 1 North Dakota State in Sunday's championship game.

KEY STORYLINES

South Dakota State enters the postseason on a hot streak, having won seven straight games by an average of nearly 30 points. The Jacks have won their most recent meeting with all eight Summit League opponents.
SDSU is 41-5 all-time in the Summit League Tournament with 12 tournament titles, including each of the last three.
The Jacks have been the No. 2 seed four times previously and advanced to the championship all four times. SDSU has won three championship titles as the No. 2 seed.
SDSU has reached 20 wins for the 15th consecutive season. SDSU is one of only a handful of programs with an active streak that long (Baylor, UConn, Louisville, South Carolina).
Seniors Brooklyn Meyer and Madison Mathiowetz highlighted SDSU's all-conference selections, both as first-team honorees. Meyer was also named to the all-defensive team. This marks the third straight year SDSU had three players named to the first team.
Paced by Brooklyn Meyer's .653 individual field goal percentage, which ranks second in the country, SDSU is seventh in the nation as a team at .488. The Jacks are 22nd in 3-point shooting at .359.
Brooklyn Meyer is one of three players in the country averaging 20+ points and shooting better than 60% this year (Audi Crooks at Iowa State & Jaliya Davis at Kansas).
Maddie Mathiowetz averages 13.4 PPG on the year. She has scored at least 15 points in nine of the last 13 games and at least 20 points in three of the last four.
Emilee Fox is the No. 1 3-point shooter in the nation at an even .500 clip on the year. She scores 8.6 points per game.
As a starter (the last seven games), Hadley Thul contributes 9.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists while shooting 54%
