CROSS COUNTRY ANNOUNCES 2026 SCHEDULE

BROOKINGS, S.D. – South Dakota State cross country has released its schedule for the 2026 season. The Jacks will participate in six regular season meets leading into the Summit League Championships on October 31.
For the second straight year, the Jackrabbits will open the slate on Friday, Sept. 4 at the Augustana Twilight in Sioux Falls. The SDSU men and women each won last year's meet.
South Dakota State has two meets at Mahoney State Park in Ashland, Nebraska, with the first taking place on Friday, Sept. 19, as part of the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational, hosted by the University of Nebraska.
The lone home meet for the Jacks this season is on Friday, Oct. 2, at Edgebrook Golf Course.
October 16 is a split day, as some Jackrabbits will return to Mahoney State Park for the Platte River Rumble, while others will compete in the Under Armour Pre-National Invitational in Terre Haute, Indiana.
The final tuneup in the regular season takes place on Thursday, Oct. 22, in Yankton, for the Mount Marty Invitational.

NCAA Regionals will take place on Friday, Nov. 13, in Ames, Iowa, with the NCAA Championships happening on Saturday, Nov. 21, in Terre Haute, Indiana.
