2017-18:
OUTDOOR: Competed in five events ... finished eighth in the finals of the 800m (2:01.41) and 11th in the 1,500m (4:05.58) at The Summit League Championships (5/10-12) ... secured a spot in the finals of the league championship 800m by placing sixth in the prelims (2:00.28) - even though he had the league’s 27th-best mark on the season ... added a PR in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invite (4/18-20), finishing 200th in the PM section (3:55.87) - trimming 2.19 seconds from his 2017 best ... had the team’s 10th-best 800m (27th in the league) and second-best 1,500m mark (ninth) on the season performance list.
INDOOR: Competed in eight events - all but one event before the league championships was a mile attempt ... finished sixth in the mile (4:18.54) and runner-up as the fourth leg of the distance medley team (10:13.15) at The Summit League Championships (2/23-24) ... attempted the 5,000m in the league championships but did not finish ... recorded a PR in the 800m - his lone attempt in the event at SDSU, finishing runner-up (1:57.03) at the SDSU Last Chance (2/16) ... at the SDSU Classic (2/9-10), reset his 2017 PR in the mile, placing ninth (4:16.52) ... had the team’s sixth-best mark in the 800m (14th in the league), second-best mile (seventh), and best DMR mark (second) on the season performance list.
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six events in his first year on the Jackrabbit cross country team ... finished eighth on the team, 32nd overall (27:09.37) at The Summit League Championships (10/28) ... ran a career-best 8k at the SDSU Classic (9/29), finishing 11th on the team, 21st overall (26:52.90) ... ran his first four-mile and 6k race as a Jackrabbit at the Oz Memorial (9/8) and NDSU Open (9/1) ... finished seventh on the team, 24th overall (21:29.8) in the four-mile race ... placed second on the team, third overall (19:25.2) in the 6k at the beginning of the season.

INDOOR: Redshirted ... competed in five events unattached ... ran a season-best 4:17.53 mile at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite (1/21), placing sixth ... posted 9:19.56 in the 3,000m at the Dakota Realty Alumni Track & Field Meet (2/4), finishing fourth ... recorded 2:35.83 in the 1,000m at the SDSU Holiday Open and Multi (12/2-3), completing second.

2014-15 (St. Cloud State):
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets … finished 11th at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (8k), with a season-best time of 27:05.0 … recorded a 27:22.99 at the NSIC Championship meet to place 58th.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters in cross country, two letters in track and field and three letters in basketball ... helped lead cross country team to a conference title and earned all-conference honors during senior season ... two-time all-area selection in cross country, and once in track ... all-conference track and field performer in the 1,600m, 800m and 4x400m relay ... qualified for the MSHSL state meet in the 4x800m relay ... helped set school record in the 4x800m relay ... also earned all-conference honors in basketball, and was named the team’s offensive MVP ... played in conference basketball all-star game ... helped team win conference title ... made the honor roll all four years and was a member of the national honor society for two years.
