Tucker Wookey continues his duties as an assistant coach heading into the 2025-26 season. The next campaign will be Wookey's third year full-time working with the South Dakota State men's basketball program.Â
Wookey assists in multiple facets for the Jackrabbit coaching staff, while handling a majority of the operations duties. He spent a season with the Yellow and Blue as a graduate assistant.Â
The Watertown, South Dakota, native served as a student manager prior to joining the coaching staff.  He earned his bachelor's degree in human biology from South Dakota State university in the spring of 2023. Wookey completed his master's degree in sports administration and business in 2025.Â
