Chantel Paul joined the Jackrabbit athletics staff in July of 2019 as Assistant Athletic Trainer.
Her main duties include working with the women’s volleyball, and men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams. In addition, Paul also works with students as a preceptor in the SDSU MSAT program and is the athletic training coordinator for Jackrabbit summer camps.
Prior to SDSU, Paul worked at Southern University as a Certified Athletic Trainer Intern, working with volleyball and softball. Before that, she was an intern on the SDSU football athletic training staff and earned clinical education experience at several other organizations from the high school level to Division I football.
Paul is a native of Brandon, S.D. and earned her master’s degree at Franklin College after completing her undergrad at Southwest Minnesota State.
