The Jackrabbits finished the season with a 9-4-4 record. Longwood's record is now 9-8-1 on the year.
SDSU did not allow a goal in the final four matches of the season and finished the year on a three-game winning streak.
Heather Hill scored the first goal a little over two minutes into the match. The goal was unassisted and her third of the season.
Erin Kasmarik scored the second goal of the match in the 30th minute. Danielle Healy was credited with the assist on Kasmarik's second goal of the season.
Nicole Lograsso was SDSU's goalie. She had two saves and picked up her fifth shutout of the season. Her goals against average on the season was 0.61.
The Jackrabbits out-shot the Lancers 10-7 during the match. SDSU had six shots on goal and Longwood had two.
Kelsey Worcester, Tory Schiltgen and Kasmarik led the Jackrabbits with two shots each. Six different players had a shot on goal for SDSU.
SDSU is in second place in The Summit League standings, but is not eligible for postseason play due to Division I reclassification.
