Wollman breaks two school records at Iowa State Classic

? Heather Wollman stole the show for the Jackrabbit women's track team,
breaking school records in the 200 and 400-meter dashes at the Iowa
State Classic held at the Lied Recreation Center in Ames, Iowa on Friday and Saturday.
?
Wollman broke a personal best time in the 200-meter dash last week and
followed up her performance this week by setting two school records.
Her time of 24.58 seconds breaks Cameryn Christion's record of 24.62,
which was set last season. Wollman also shattered the school record in
the 400-meter dash with a time of 55.59, toppling the old record by .33
seconds, also set by Christion last season.
? Danielle Burke cracked SDSU's top-10 last this week in the
mile run and moved up a spot this week placing 29th. Her time of
5:02.73 is now ninth at SDSU and is also the fastest mile run by an
SDSU runner this year. Nicole Davis placed sixth in the non-seeded
event with a ?time of 5:10.73.

In the 800-meter non-seeded run, Stacy Huss placed 11th with a time of
2 minutes 16.60 seconds. Ashley Storm placed 21st in the event with a
time of 2:18.21.
? A trio of Jackrabbits recorded season-best times in the
400-meter dash non-seeded event. Christi Rosenbrook placed 30th with a
time of 59.80, Megan Lauseng placed 36th with a time of 1:01.01 and
Jill Fritz finished 41st at 1:01.59.
? Sara Ackman finished ninth in the shot put with a mark of 48
feet 3.50 inches. Christa Landmark had a mark of 42-06.00, which placed
her 28th.

The Jacks return to action Saturday in Lincoln, Neb. for their last track meet before the Summit League Championships.
