South Dakota State hits the road this week for just the second time this season for games at Western Michigan on Saturday at 2 p.m. ET, and at Central Michigan on Monday at 7 p.m. ET.

SDSU went 5-2 during the home stand, but did fall in two of the final three games.
Hot shooting Milwaukee shot nearly 63 percent from the floor and 61 percent from three-point range in an 82-70 win over South Dakota State in the final game of the home stand on Saturday. The Jacks, who shot 45 percent on the night overall (28-of-62) and 29 percent from deep (5-of-17), fell to 7-2 on the season with the loss.
Griffan Callahan scored a game and career-high 20 points in the loss, including an 8-for-8 night from the free throw line, which keeps him atop the national rankings with a perfect 28-for-28 mark from the charity stripe. Nate Wolters and Clint Sargent both added 16 points in the loss, with Wolters adding seven assists.
SDSU committed a season-low six turnovers, but allowed a season-high 14 three pointers, and season-highs in field goal percentage and three-point percentage.
Nate Wolters leads the Jackrabbit offense through nine games with 17.2 points per game, with 50 assists and with 16 steals. He also pitches in with 3.9 rebounds per game. Clint Sargent averages 13.1 points per game and adds 3.2 rebounds, Callahan leads the team with 5.7 rebounds per game and adds 10.8 points per game, while Chad White rounds out the Jacks double-digit scorers with 10.4 points per game.

A week after debuting in the poll, the Jacks jumped eight spots to No. 17, where they remained for two weeks, but fell one spot in the poll released on Monday to No. 18.
JACKRABBITS AMONG THE NATION'S BEST - The Jackrabbits enter the week leading the nation with a 7.9 turnover margin, ranked second with 9.3 turnovers per game, fourth with a 1.6 assist to turnover ratio and ranked 15th with a .416 three-point field goal percentage. Individually, Griffan Callahan's perfect 28-for-28 mark from the free throw line leads the nation, while Nate Wolters ranks 10th in the nation with a 3.85 assist to turnover ration and 31st in the nation with 5.6 assists per game.
CALLAHAN PERFECT FROM THE LINE - Junior Griffan Callahan enters the week with a perfect 28-for-28 mark from the charity stripe, including a season-high 8-for-8 effort vs. Milwaukee on Dec 11. Every other player in the nation enters the week with at least one miss from the free throw line.
CLIMBING THE 1,000 POINT CLUB LADDER - Jackrabbit Senior Clint Sargent became the 41st member of the SDSU 1,000-Point Club on Feb. 25, 2010, in the Jacks 66-53 win over Western Illinois right here in Frost Arena.
Sargent started the season tied for 33rd on the all-time list with 1,035 points, but enters the week ranked 21st all-time with 1,153 points, needing 11 points to crack the top-20 on the all-time list.
NAGY RAISING MONEY FOR HAITIAN RELIEF EFFORTS - Head coach Scott Nagy teamed up with Samaritan's Feet in each of the last two seasons to raise money and shoes for children in Haiti, a cause that really hits home for Nagy and his family, especially after a major earthquake shook the country on Jan. 12, 2010.
Already scheduled to coach in his bare feet on Jan. 23, 2010, against Oakland to raise money and shoes, the devastation in Haiti caused Nagy to shift his focus from shoes to earthquake relief, which worked to the tune of over $6,000.
Jackrabbit fans can play their part again in 2011, when Nagy coaches barefoot when the Jacks host IPFW on Jan. 22, in Frost Arena. Anyone interested in donating can simply text SHOES to 85944, which automatically adds $5 to your next phone bill. Donations from the 605 area code go specifically to help Nagy's cause.
