Halfway through the fall season, the South Dakota State women's golf team travels to Idaho, for the Coeur d'Alene Resort Collegiate Invitational, hosted by Gonzaga.
The 18-team field will participate in a 54-hole tournament at the par 71, 6,088-yard Coeur d'Alene Resort. Teams will play 36 holes Tuesday and 18 holes Wednesday in shotgun format. Both days start at 9 a.m.
Sophomore
Sydney Bormann leads the Jackrabbits with a 75.17 scoring average. She was fifth at the UNO Invitational Sept. 1-2.
Freshman
Cassidy Laidlaw is second on the team with a 75.67 stroke average. She led the Jackrabbits at the MSU Payne Stewart Memorial, firing a three-round 224 (74-78-72) on the par 71, 6,017-yard course.
