SDSU dropped their first event 3-1, with
Jacey Chorlton earning the Jacks their lone point in Equitation over Fences in a 77-73 win over her UT Martin opponent.

The Jacks pulled back, taking Horsemanship 2-1 to bring the overall score to 4-3 in favor of UT Martin at the halfway point in the meet.
Jadyn Taylor rode for a career-high 73.5, while
Jordan Gates tied a season-high with a 73 to earn the two points.

Maiello scored 80 on her MOP ride in Equitation on the Flat to earn the Jacks a point. But despite Chorlton's season-high score of 84, the Jacks dropped the event 3-1 to give UT Martin a 7-4 lead going into the final event.

Gates (71.5) and
Cassidy Gardiner (64.5) each posted season-high scores in Reining, but it was
Amelia Nelson who secured a point for SDSU to finish reining 3-1 in favor of UT Martin.

The Jackrabbits fall to 1-3 on the season and 5-11 all-time against UT Martin.
