One particular memory stands out and will stay with me always. It's a moment I believe may come full circle as Leah begins her journey at South Dakota State university. I first met Leah as a wide-eyed freshman at our pre-season meeting. Without hesitation, she boldly declared her goal: to become the starting goalkeeper that season. Not only did she achieve that goal, but her contributions were pivotal in helping our team secure a State runner-up finish.Â
