The South Dakota State men's golf team returns to action Sunday through Tuesday when it plays in the Franklin American Mortgage Intercollegiate at The Gove in College Grove, Tennessee.
The 12-team field will participate in the 54-hole tournament at the par 72, 7,368-yards The Grove Club. Teams will play 18 holes each day with tee times beginning at 8 a.m.
The field includes No. 8 Georgia Tech, No. 31 South Florida along with Charleston, Cincinnati, Kennesaw State, Liberty, Louisiana, Memphis, the Blue Raiders, Ole Miss and Troy.
Ole Miss is the defending champion, shooting a four-over par 868 (292-286-290) last year. The Rebels' Braden Thornberry was medalist, firing a five-under par 211.

Alejandro Perazzo leads the Jackrabbits with a 72.33 stroke average after tying for 20th at The Jackrabbit earlier this week.

Alejandro Restrepo have 73.78 and 74.11 stroke averages, respectively.
SDSU finished 11th at The Jackrabbit Tuesday with a season-low 871. The Jacks' second-round 281 is the fourth-lowest 18-hole round in school history. Its 36-hole 571 is the sixth-lowest score at State. The Jacks collected 26 birdies in the starting five and 41 for the entire team.
