In its final regular-season tournament, the South Dakota State men's golf team finished 14
th Sunday at the Hawkeye Invitational hosted by Iowa.
The Jackrabbits shot a three-round 904 (296-301-307) on the par-71, 7,186-yard Finkbine Golf Course. Texas Tech won the tournament, firing an 855 (285-284-286). Iowa State's Nick Voke won the individual title, shooting a 207 (68-67-72).
Alejandro Restrepo was State's top finisher, tying for 51
st. The freshman collected six birdies and an eagle in his 225 (69-77-79) outing.
Alejandro Perazzo tied for 55
th, shooting a 226 (75-78-73).
Grant Smith (75-76-77) and
Jaxon Lynn (77-72-79) both tied for 62
nd, firing 228s.
Jacob Otta tied for 76
th, shooting a 233 (79-76-78).
