ST. GEORGE, Utah - South Dakota State wrapped up the final day of the Thunderbird Invitational in 10th place Saturday at the Sunbrook Golf Course.
Jack Tanner was the top Jackrabbit finisher, placing tied for 23rd overall.
Tanner carded a 71 Saturday, matching his first round score, to total a 217 (+1) over the three-day event.
Liam Georgiadis finished just behind Tanner at +2. Georgiadis carded a 79 on day one, followed by a 71 and 68 on days two and three.
Ty Kretz was the next best golfer for SDSU, taking 38th at +4. He carded a 68 on the final round, matching Georgiadis for the best single-round score for a Jackrabbit at the event.
Jonah Dohrer (+7) and
Harry Duggan (+28) rounded out the Jackrabbit players.
SDSU recorded the second most par holes as a team, 163, with Tanner tallying the third most as an individual, 38.
