South Dakota State men's golf kicks off the 2024 spring season at the Loyola Intercollegiate Sunday through Tuesday in Goodyear, Arizona. The participating teams will play three rounds over three days, each beginning at 7:45 a.m. MT. Â
Five Jackrabbits are in Arizona to represent the squad Luke Honner continues his streak of playing in the No. 1 spot for every tournament this season. He is joined by Ty Kretz, Bryson Mercier, Tyler Seeling and Jonah Dohrer.Â
SDSU is coming off a runner-up team finish at the Throwdown Up Top to end the fall slate back in October. Honner shot under par on all three rounds and placed second in the player standings. The Jacks posted an 871 (-5) team tally, their second best score of the season, and was the only team under par aside from first-place Creighton (841, -35).
