BROOKINGS, S.D. - The South Dakota State women's golf team has added Samantha Stites to the roster for the 2025-26 season.
Stites, a Tampa, Florida native, will transfer to South Dakota State following one-season stops at Daytona State College and Palm Beach State College.
This spring, Stites helped the Palm Beach State Panthers finish in sixth place at the NJCAA Division I Women's Golf National Championship. Stites was an all-conference performer in high school. Her career-low round was an even-par 71 at Trump National Doral Golf Club in Miami.
Stites is a 2022 graduate of H.B. Plant High School. She plans to major in communication at South Dakota State.
