2023-24:
OUTDOOR: He finished 4th in the 1500 meters and 7th in 800 meters at the Summit League Championships. He ran a season best of 1:51.76 in the 800 meter conference preliminary round. His best 1500 meters came when he won the Augustana Final Qualifier with a time of 3:46.00.
INDOORS: Competed in two competitions…he finished 6th at the Summit League Championships in the mile with a time of 4:11.83. He ran 4:10.90 at the SDSU Last Chance meet to finish 2nd.
Named CSC 2nd Team Academic All-American-July 2024, CSC All District June 2024.
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 6^th at the Summit League XC Championships in a time of 24:53.1 helping the Jacks to their eight straight championship. Finished 22^nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional in time of 31:13.9 to earn all-region honors. Ran 24:23.4 at the Arturo Barrios Invite at Texas A&M. Named Summit League Scholarship of the Championships and academic-all league.

2022-23:
OUTDOOR: Finished fourth in the 1500 and clocked a 15:34.33 in the 5000 at Summit League championships…ran a season best 1500 in 3:48.51 at Bryan Clay Invitational
INDOOR: Champion of the mile, fourth in the 3000 and 10^th in the 5000 at conference championships…ran a personal best mile time of 4:04.17 at Husky Classic…finished second at ISU Classic in the 3000 with a personal best 8:06.94…won mile at SDSU Holiday Open and Multi
CROSS COUNTRY: He opened the season with a second place finish at the Augustana Twilight 4 mile race in a time of 19:18.4…His best 8k of the season came at the Weis Crockett Invite at Oklahoma State where he ran 24:27.5…He finished 5^th at the Summit League Championships…Finished the season with a 27^th place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional running 30:09.7 for 10,000 meters…Named to the Summit League All-Academic team.

OUTDOOR: Qualified for the NCAA 1^st round in the 1500 meters…He ran a personal best of 3:41.63 to advance to the NCAA Quarterfinals…Earlier in the season he ran personal bests of 1:49.86 for 800 meters and 3:42.44 for 1500 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational…He scored in three events at the Summit League Championships…finishing 2^nd in the 1500, 4^th in the 800 and 7^th in the 5000 meters.
INDOOR: He finished 2^nd in the mile (4:08), 2^nd in the 3000 (8:10) and 4^th in the 5,000 meters (14:27) at the Summit League Championships helping the Jacks claim the league title.
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 7^th at the Summit League Championships in a time of 25:00.3 for 8000 meters to help the Jacks to their 6^th straight league title…He also finished 2^nd at the SDSU Classic and he was the team’s top finisher at the Griak Invite…He finished 44^th at the NCAA Midwest Regional running a time of 31:32.7 for 10,000 meters.

2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets while participating in the 800, 1,500 and 5,000 meters...placed fifth overall at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:49.43.
INDOOR: Made Jackrabbit indoor debut at the SDSU Holiday Invite and Multi where he took first in both the 800 (1:57.97) and the mile (4:18.21)... would go on to PR in the 800 with a 1:56.19 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational and turn in two personal best times at the Summit League Championships with a fourth place finish in the mile with a 4:10.09 and the 5000 with a 14:50.00 good enough for eight place.

CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in 5 races and had a season best 8k time at the Briar Cliff Invite of 25:50.4, helping the Jacks to the team title.

OUTDOOR: Competed in 4 meets unattached with his best times coming at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on 5/3-5/4 in the 800 meters (1:57:28) and 1500 meters (3:58.89).
