BROOKINGS, S.D. - The South Dakota State men's golf team completed the Tiger Intercollegiate and the Augustana Invitational Tuesday.
Six Jackrabbits competed at the Tiger Intercollegiate hosted by Mizzou.
Luke Honner paced SDSU with a t-32nd place finish. He carded a 215 (+2) over three rounds. Honner was followed by
Ty Kretz, who tied for 48th place with a 218 (+5).
Blake Schaper, SDSU's individual competitor, tied for 77th (224, +11).
Jonah Dohrer tied for 83rd (225, +12),
Tyler Seeling placed 94th (230, +17) and
Bryson Mercier was one shot back in a tie for 95th place.
As a team, SDSU placed 17th at Mizzou. The Jacks posted an 885 (+33) team score. Iowa State won the team title. MIzzou's Jack Lundin won individual medalist honors.Â
Three Jacks competed individually at the Augustana Invite in Sioux Falls.
Lucas Schaefbauer finished fourth with a 6-over 150.
Tucker D'Allaird tied for 12th with a 154 (+10), followed by
Marco Lin tied for 22nd place (158, +14).
UP NEXT
The Jackrabbits compete in the Hawkeye Invitational April 13-14 in Iowa City, then will wrap the regular season at the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate April 19-21.
