BOULDER CITY, Nev. - The South Dakota State women's golf team is tied for fourth place following the first two rounds of the Clash at Boulder Creek at Boulder Creek Golf Club.
The Jackrabbits went 4-under as a team on the second lap of the day to jump six spots on the leaderboard from the opening round. Overall, SDSU is -1, four shots behind North Dakota state in third. Host Northern Arizona leads the field at -16.
McKenzie Mages went under par for both rounds Monday and is tied for sixth place. She fired a 70 (-1) on her opening lap, then a 71 (-1) for round two. The senior has nine birdies over 36 holes.
Riko Danjo is also under par and sits in a tie for 19th place with a -1 scorecard. She was even par for round one and was -1 for round two. Danjo posted an eagle on the ninth hole of the first lap.
Hannah Boraas carded a 69 (-3) on her second round, the best single round by a Jackrabbit Monday, and is +1 overall. She is tied for 33rd.
Reese Jansa is tied for 54th (+4) and
Molly O'Hara is tied for 83rd place (+9).
Hannah Pettitt is competing individually this week. She is in 104th place with a +18 scorecard.
NAU's Amy Hodgkins and Lizzie Neale are in first and second place, respectively, with 18 holes left to play.

The final round of the Clash at Boulder Creek is set to see off at 10 a.m. Central on Tuesday morning.
